Giles Davies - Chief Financial Officer

Giles began his career in finance with KPMG in Cardiff.

He relocated to London and after spending two years in the city with property developer SMPC Ltd joined the international publisher Dorling Kindersley.

Whilst working at DK he coordinated the centralising of the financial accounting function and was also a project leader on the implementation of the JD Edwards Oneworld finance and distribution system.

Giles left Dorling Kindersley in 1999 to join Tinopolis plc the Llanelli based media group. During his time at Tinopolis Giles obtained grant funding for the Group, successfully completed a tax break finance scheme and redesigned the financial and reporting systems.

He was appointed Group Finance Director whilst at Tinopolis.
