Come off the M4 at J42 and proceed along the A483. Go straight over the first roundabout and continue on the A483, you will come to a set of traffic lights with a McDonald’s on the left hand side, go straight through these and the next set of traffic lights. You will then come to another set of traffic lights just before the bridge over the River Tawe. At these traffic lights turn left (also labeled as Swansea Cork Ferry). The Technium 2 building is immediately on the left hand side with the car park entrance at the front of the building.
